Beach Bliss for Business

Every towel on your beach is a table.

Orders arrive on a tablet behind your bar. Accept one, make it, and a runner walks it across the sand to a customer the map has already found. Beach Bliss never touches your money.

Register your bar What it costs and who pays

  • A tablet or a phone
  • Your till, your prices
  • Your own runners

A run, from the bar's side

Answer, make it, hand it over

  1. Answer

A new Order rings on the tablet, with what is in it and a countdown to answer. Accept it with a ready time, or refuse it with a reason.

  2. Make it

The Order moves to the kitchen column with its ready time. Mark it ready, and it is offered to your runners on shift.

  3. Hand it over

A runner claims it, collects it at the bar and walks it to the towel. You see who is coming and how far away they are.

The board

An Order nobody sees is the failure we design against

Behind a bar, a tablet is not always watched. So you choose how a new Order reaches you, from a push notification up to an alarm that keeps ringing until somebody looks.
  • An alarm that repeats until someone acknowledges the Order, and a different sound when its answer deadline passes
  • A second alert at the deadline. If the Order is still unanswered 5 minutes later, Beach Bliss refuses it for you and tells the customer
  • A separate sound when an Order being made is cancelled, so nobody makes a drink that nobody will collect
  • “No runner yet” whenever an Order goes back on offer, so you know before the drink gets warm

Money

Your money stays yours

Beach Bliss counts the money and never moves it. There is no payment inside the app, so there is nothing for us to take a cut from and no payout to wait for. The customer pays on arrival, the way they would pay at your bar.
  • You set your prices, your delivery fee and your minimum order
  • You set how runners are paid: a percentage of the Order subtotal, or a fixed amount per Order, with an override for any runner
  • Cash a runner collects is owed to you, and the balance with every runner is kept in both directions
  • Payout history, mark-as-paid and a CSV export for your bookkeeping

Control

Busy, sold out or closing early? Say so in one tap

The board shows every open Order in three columns: to answer, in the kitchen, for pickup. When the rush is more than you can carry, pause new Orders with a reason and pick when they come back.
  • Pause with a reason and an automatic resume
  • Mark a product sold out for today, and it comes back by itself when you next open
  • Open hours per day, a delivery radius, and prep times you can change
  • The customer’s name and phone appear once you accept, and the spot photo with them

People

Your team and your runners, on your terms

Invite your staff by link and give each person a role. Pair runners by scanning the QR code in their app. A runner keeps one account across every bar they work with, and you decide who carries for you.
  • Three roles: owner, manager and staff. Staff handle Orders, menu availability and chat, and see no finances
  • Pair and unpair runners from your bar at any time
  • Before a runner carries alcohol for you, you record that you checked their ID

What you need to start

No hardware to buy and no till to replace. Beach Bliss for Business runs on a tablet or a phone, and on the web.

  • A tablet or a phone behind the bar, with mobile data or Wi-Fi
  • Your menu with prices, and the drinks that need an ID check marked
  • Someone who can hear the board during service
  • At least one runner: one of your staff or someone you pair with

Questions from bar owners

What does Beach Bliss cost my bar?
Beach Bliss takes no commission on your Orders, because no payment passes through it. Register your bar below and we will send you the terms for your beach before anything goes live.
Does Beach Bliss handle the money?
No. You keep your own till and your own prices. The customer pays on arrival. Beach Bliss counts every Order so your books and your runners’ balances add up.
What if a runner collects cash?
That cash belongs to your bar. It shows as owed on that runner’s balance until you mark it paid, and the balance runs both ways, so what you owe the runner is on the same page.
What if I do not answer an Order in time?
The board alerts you again at the answer deadline. Five minutes later, Beach Bliss refuses the Order for you with the reason “The bar did not answer.”, and the customer is told at once.
Who are the runners?
People you pair with your bar: your own staff, or independent runners who may also carry for other bars. You choose who to pair, and you set how they are paid.
How is alcohol handled?
An item can be marked as age-restricted, and so can an option, such as a shot added to a drink. The runner must confirm the customer’s ID before the handoff code is accepted, and a runner can only claim such an Order once you have recorded checking their own ID.
Can I pause when we are slammed?
Yes. Pause new Orders with a reason and choose when they resume, or mark single products sold out for today.
Can I keep taking orders at the bar as usual?
Yes. Beach Bliss only adds Orders from the sand. Nothing about your bar counter changes.
Is Beach Bliss open at my beach yet?
We are opening beach by beach, with the bars that join first. Tell us where your bar is, and we will tell you what comes next.

Bring the bar to the people who will not get up.

Tell us your bar’s name and beach. We will reply with the terms and the next steps.
